Thursday, January 22, 2026


Lloyd Cox called the meeting to order at 7:00pm via Zoom. The following officers were present: Lloyd Cox, President; Alice Jackson, VP Customer Service; Deborah Farmer, VP -P&; DC; Joanne Farmer, Secretary/Treasurer and Junemarie Brandt, Editor of Chief. Committee Chairs: Deborah Holley - Constitution/By-Laws; Kenny Marshall - Sargent at Arms; Harold Wade – Legislative; Andrew Martin – Membership Darcy Driscoll – Benevolence and James Reedy – Resolution.


The agenda was read.


The minutes were read, and Darryl Beasley motioned to accept the minutes as read with any necessary corrections; Darcy Driscoll 2nd; motion passed.

The Treasury Report was read, and Deborah Holley motioned to accept the treasury report with any necessary corrections; Harold Wade 2nd, motion passed.

Old Business


The Eastern Region Cabinet Meeting (ERCM) was held at the Westin in Philadelphia, PA from January 15 to 18, 2026. Lloyd Cox stated it was a great conference. The speakers at the conference were: Michael Rakes, Vice President Retail and Delivery Operations -Atlantic Area; Dave Webster, Vice President Operation of Eastern Region; Donna Gill, Director Field Human Resources – Atlantic Area; and Jill Miniard, Director Field Labor Relation, Atlantic Area. They were highly informative. 


New Business


Lloyd cox stated that Advocacy training continued and it will be on March 13 and 14 2026 in Double Tree in Crystal City and Registration is free for all members that attend the October 2025 advocacy training.


Lloyd Cox stated that we received letters from National Officers (Chuck Mulidore, Jimmy Warden, Richard Green, and Troy Griffith asking for voting support and contributions to their campaigns. The Executive Board suggested $1,000 for Chuck Mulidore (President), $1,000 for Jimmy Warden (Executive Vice President) $3,000 for Richard Green (Secretary/Treasurer), and $3,000 for Troy Griffin (Eastern Region Vice President). Junemarie Brandt made a motion to support the campaign for the National Officers in the amount suggested by the Executive Board; Rose Allen 2nd the motion; the motion passed.


Eight (8) delegates would like to attend the LTS 2026: (Junemarie Brandt, Darcy Driscoll, Joanne Farmer, Alice Jackson, Andrew Martin, Deborah Farmer, James Reedy, and Harold Wade). Harold Wade motioned to send eight delegates to the ERCM 2025, and Bill White 2nd, motion passed.


Eleven (11) delegates would like to attend the CAASC 2026: (Tina Barrett, Darryl Beasley, Junemarie Brandt, Darcy Driscoll, Joanne Farmer, Deborah Holley, Alice Jackson, Kenny Marshall, Andrew Martin, James Reedy, and William White). Darryl Beasley motioned to send eleven delegates to the CAASC 2026, and James Reedy 2nd passed.


Deborah Holley motioned to send two auxiliary members to the CAASC 2026, and Darryl Beasley 2nd motion passed.


Thirteen (13) delegates would like to attend the National Convention 2026: (Rose Allen, Tina Barrett, Darryl Beasley, Junemarie Brandt, Darcy Driscoll, Joanne Farmer, Deborah Holley, Alice Jackson, Kenny Marshall, Andrew Martin, James Reedy, Harold Wade, and William White). Junemarie Brandt motioned to send thirteen delegates and two auxiliary members to the National Convention 2026, and Darcy Driscoll 2nd, motion passed.


1st Reading On the proposed constitution and by law. Article 14 Section 6. The Branch will provide mileage rate for travel to approve meetings from a centralize location from Merrifield Plant.

he next Branch Meeting is on March 19, 2026, at 7:00 pm at Merrifield Plant.


Motion to adjourn was made at 8:29 pm by Harold Wade and second by Junemarie Brandt; motion passed.
